These Terms of Sale are part of Aesthetic Auto Salon’s Terms of Use and apply to all users who book a service with us, whether online or via phone. By making an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Service Packages
Prices and service package contents are subject to change at Aesthetic Auto Salon’s discretion. Any updates will be reflected on our website.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due upon completion of the requested service. Aesthetic Auto Salon accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. In the event of a declined payment, the customer will be asked to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Failure to pay may result in a collection process.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised to remove personal belongings, money, and valuable items from their vehicles before the detailing service. Aesthetic Auto Salon is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, the vehicle, or the service location. Services are provided at the customer’s own risk, and vehicles must withstand standard cleaning procedures. Liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the service.
We reserve the right to take card details to secure a booking and to reschedule appointments due to staffing levels, weather, or equipment issues. We may upgrade your service package or charge an hourly rate of $100 for any work beyond the booking scope. A minimum surcharge of $200 will apply for jobs involving hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

Satisfaction Policy
If you believe your service was incomplete or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours by phone, email, or text message. Photos of the concern area must be sent within 24 hours of filing a claim. We will address any valid issues at no extra cost.

Appointment Timing
Please allow a 30-90 minute window for our technician’s arrival due to potential traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any delays whenever possible.

Coupon & Referral Policy
Occasionally, Aesthetic Auto Salon may offer referral credits redeemable for services. These credits cannot be combined with other promotions. Referral credits are valid only if the referred individual is a new customer and uses the unique referral link provided. Engaging in prohibited referral activities, such as self-referrals or using false identities, may result in forfeiture of credits and ineligibility from future offers.
